When riders reserve a seat on an Easy Street® van, the rider agrees to pay the monthly fare by the first day of each month. In addition to a safe, dependable ride to work, Easy Street® offers value, convenience and flexibility.

Emergency Ride

As an Easy Street® driver or full-time rider, you’ll never worry about being stuck at work when you need to get back home.

Our free emergency ride home program is just one of many benefits you’ll enjoy. We guarantee that any weekday, if unexpected circumstances such as a family emergency, illness, or unscheduled overtime change your plans, one call to an Easy Street® customer service representative will arrange the free alternate transportation you need.

Simply call the Easy Street® number toll-free 1 (800) 972-EASY and give the representative your location for pickup. As quickly as possible but usually within 10 – 15 minutes, a taxi will be there – ready to take you where you need to go – at no cost to you. Just sign the cab receipt, Easy Street® takes care of the rest.

Drivers and full-time riders are eligible for two free rides each benefit year – July through June.
